I wanted to say thankyou in writing to everyone at Bathroom Werx for the exceptional service your company is providing.
I called and spoke personally to Mikaela this morning, however I felt it important that this doesn't go unnoticed from a top level.
From the moment I opened the door to Mitch's calm, smiling demur to the attention to detail that Kelvin provides, to the politeness of the phonecall for payment and let's not forget wonderful Mikaela who has been an absolute trooper managing our job.
Our job, as you know Angela, hasn't gone without it's hick-ups, nonetheless you and all the staff that I have dealt with personally and over the phone have been nothing short of absolutely phenomenal, courteous, competent, respectful, judicious and extremely professional.
