Hi,

Your guys resurfaced my bath, wall tiles and re-tiled my bathroom floor recently. Unfortunately I don't have any before photos but here are a couple of 'afters'. I'm just writing to say how pleased I am with the job that was done. From your telephone staff to your quotes guy who came to my house to the tradesmen that did the work - all staff were very professional and friendly to deal with and we're thrilled with the end result.

I called and spoke personally to Mikaela this morning, however I felt it important that this doesn't go unnoticed from a top level.

From the moment I opened the door to Mitch's calm, smiling demur to the attention to detail that Kelvin provides, to the politeness of the phonecall for payment and let's not forget wonderful Mikaela who has been an absolute trooper managing our job.

Our job, as you know Angela, hasn't gone without it's hick-ups, nonetheless you and all the staff that I have dealt with personally and over the phone have been nothing short of absolutely phenomenal, courteous, competent, respectful, judicious and extremely professional.

"Thankyou for sending your technician to our house to correct the problem we had with our shower base. He arrived promptly on the day to make the repairs and I had to leave him after a very short acquaintance. He informed me he would re-enamel up to the secound tile level of the shower base. When I arrived home the job had been completed and I was very impressed to find no mess, dust or any evidence that the work had been done on my shower. The base is now uniformly enamelled and it looks fabulous."
